Competition Day 3

Short Range Match Day three is another great day, and again, a favourite. probably one of the busier days as technically its not split into specific sessions (AM/PM) as described above although the Urban Match was cancelled following a serious medical emergency. Dealing with this situation stopped firing across Bisley for around 90 minutes which in turn mean't a full re evaluation and organisation of bodies and details. The SR match sees a 5 practice match starting and finishing at 300yds with 200yd and 100yd practices in the middle, this match is the same as the Methuen match COF, so is often treated as practice for that sunday match. It was a long day with a lot of hanging around which could't be helped and on reflection was a decent day once it got restarted. Temperatures were tough to deal with, little unforgiving given you are out on an open plain in the sun all day.
