Imperial Competition Day 1 This match does not contribute towards a championship medal, but does give shooters the chance to win a medal on the first day. Most, if not all shooters treat this match as a shakedown, it gives the shooter a bit of everything in terms of positional practice and at all distances so good to just tweak that dope if you haven't had the chance to get out past 300yds. The match comprises of two parts, over 8 practices. Morning is the long range practices followed by short range with mag changes, advance to firing point and position changes thrown in. Lots to think about but a very enjoyable match. As always, butts changes happen twice in the day, again, if you are new to CSR and this is your first outing in the butts, well done, everything went smoothly! Thanks as always to the organisers, RCOs, and of course the competitors who all need to work the butts, which today was super efficient! Photos courtesy of Mr Eeles more photos to follow from NRAUK.
